The anti-gun zealots are once again rushing to advance their deeply and long held agenda to ultimately eliminate all privately owned guns. Of course, these fanatics started calling for more gun control the same day of the very tragic and senseless murders of twenty 6- and 7- year-old children, five female adult teachers and the female principal at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, on December 14, 2012. Adam Lanza, the 20-year-old shooter who had murdered his mother earlier that day, fatally shot himself as police closed in. The media covered this story non-stop for over a week.

On December 18th, U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein vowed to introduce her updated "assault weapons ban" legislation when the U.S. Senate reconvenes in 2013. Actually, Senator Feinstein had already planned on doing this following the November 6, 2012 Obama "win". Barack Hussein Obama II has assigned V.P. Joe Biden, an attorney and a longtime gun control fanatic, to head up the committee that will recommend solutions to mass public shootings. We can reasonably already conclude what Mr. Biden will find and recommend is more gun control. New York State Governor Andrew M. Cuomo has publicly admitted that he would consider confiscating certain guns. This all sounds very similar to what happened in Germany during the1930s at the hands of Adolf Hitler and his gun control laws. Neither the Constitution for the United States of America nor the State Constitutions mean anything to the anti-gun zealots. Obviously, those anti-gun zealots who are in government have no problem violating their constitutional "oath of office".The "Right to Bear Arms" provisions were put in both the State Constitutions and the Constitution for the United States of America to secure, protect and guarantee the God-given right of each natural person to defend himself, his family and property against a tyrannical government. Article I, Section 21, "Right to Bear Arms" of the Pennsylvania Constitution states: "The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned."The Second Amendment of the "Bill of Rights" in the Constitution for the United States of America secures, protects and guarantees this right of the people, only in federal jurisdictions, by stating: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.""Guns don't kill people, people kill people!" Who was Adam Lanza, the deranged, 20-year-old shooter in the Sandy Hook Elementary School murders, and what do we now know about him?The law enforcement officials in Newtown said Adam Lanza had a possible personality disorder. The 2009 divorce papers for Nancy and Peter Lanza confirm that their son had been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, an autism-like disorder. Adam Lanza was a loner, chose to live in the basement of his mother's house, played violent video games excessively, didn't like to be touched, was angry at his mother, who tried to gain his favor by having guns and taking Adam shooting.It should be noted that the three guns involved in the Newtown shootings, a Glock pistol and a Sig Sauer pistol, both found inside the school, and a .223-caliber rifle found in the back of a car, were all owned legally by Adam's mother, Nancy Lanza, in Connecticut, which has among the strongest gun control laws.So what should we actually consider as the true possible cause or causes for the Newtown and other similar shootings? We must seriously consider such things as the following:1. Taking God out of the public square. For example, taking prayer, the Ten Commandments, the Bible, and any mention of Jesus the Christ and Creation out of schools and books used in schools.2. Making schools "Gun Free Zones". This is an obvious invitation to those looking for easy killings.3. Actions by certain attorneys, judges, Justices, professors, politicians, bankers and others who have intentionally corrupted our laws and governments aggressively since 1860.4. The News Media that excessively feed into the deranged individual's desire for attention.5. Increases in divorce and the destruction of the two-parent (one man and one woman) family.6. Drugs, both legal and illegal.7. Violent films, television programs and video games. This desensitizes people, particularly impressionable young people, from the reality of violence.8. Not wanting to brand bad behavior by children, teenagers and adults because it may look bad on someone's "permanent record" or may disturb the child.9. Blaming others or other things for behavior problems. This is the "everyone is out of step but Johnny" syndrome.10. Mental health professionals, psychologists, psychiatrists, drug manufacturers and dealers.11. Rushing to brand misbehavior, inattentiveness or hyperactivity as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and then giving these children and teenagers drugs to get them under control.12. Growing usurpation by the National Government of powers reserved to the States or to the people. (Tenth Amendment of the "Bill of Rights" in the Constitution for the United States of America)Besides being unconstitutional, the rush to once again attempt to enact "assault weapons bans", such as that which U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein is about to introduce, never stopped those who want to obtain and use a gun or any other weapon to harm or kill someone else. Besides, there is no such thing as an "assault weapon". Every object used to attack someone is an "assault weapon". This includes: a gun, knife, bat, rock, pen, fork, stick, hands, etc. Cities and States with the greatest number of gun control "laws" consistently have the highest number of assaults and fatalities involving the use of guns.If guns were really the problem, then gun shows, police stations, sporting goods stores and military bases would be killing zones. Why doesn't the media report on all of the times that assaults with a gun are stopped by either the person attacked, or by someone nearby, using their gun that they carry concealed.Gun Control is not about guns, it is only about control of law abiding Citizens. The only thing that will stop a bad person with a gun is a good person with a gun. The right to bear arms is our individual right, protected by both the Constitution of Pennsylvania and the Constitution for the United States of America.It is unconscionable that anti-gun zealots would use a tragic event like the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting to attempt to again violate the rights of law abiding Citizens. History proves that criminals and/or mentally deranged individuals will always find a way to obtain a weapon to threaten and/or harm someone if they choose to do so. No law will stop this. Those who want to impose an "assault weapons ban" of any sort are those who apparently believe as Rahm Emanuel does - "Never let a crisis go to waste."The security of the public schools is a State, County and/or local matter. The 2nd Amendment does not lawfully apply within any State of the Union! The United States government has absolutely no constitutional authority to be involved with this matter. Parents and other local Citizens, working with their County Sheriff and his or her Deputies, and Citizen Posses can help provide the security for the schools in their County. Each school should implement a policy that insures teachers, administrators, and other school personnel have the appropriate firearms training for self-defense and then be given the option to carry concealed weapons with bullets that will not ricochet. The Citizens in the school district must also provide the necessary funds. This does not necessarily mean an increase in taxes, but rather first the proper and lawful allocation of public funds and the use of existing resources must be done. The people must take responsibility for the security of themselves and their children. They must take all lawful actions, now."If Guns Kill People, Then Pencils Misspell Words."
