Joseph Meadows Jr. and his wife, Brittany, both of Nesquehoning, escaped serious injury after overturning their car along SR54, near the Carbon County line, just after 11:30 a.m. Saturday. Responding were Rush Township Police, Hometown Fire Company, Tamaqua Rescue and Rush Township Fire Police.
