Marian and Palmerton both used fast starts to post softball victories on Tuesday.

SOFTBALLPanther Vy.-MarianThe Fillies scored too many runs early on for the Lady Panthers to hang with them, as Marian defeated Panther Valley, 10-0, in six innings.Sam Faust's four hits led the way for Marian, while Abbey Hill had a double and a triple with three RBIs. Bethany Shaud also had a double and a triple, and Lindsay Nemeth contributed two hits and two RBI.
