Eugne M. Hettler, 122 S. First St., Lehighton, filed against Belinda Hettler, 123 S. Fourth St., Lehighton. They were married Aug. 13, 2002.

Veronica L. Jachowicz, 360 Center St., Lehighton, filed against Gregory L. Jachowicz, same address. They were married Jan. 16, 1998.

Marie L. Bertalan, 83 Yankee Rd., Quakertown, filed against Michael J. Bertalan, 280 Harvard Ave., Palmerton. They were married May 6, 1994.

Barbara Richardson, 106 W. Bertsch St., Lansford, filed against Stephen Richardson, 140 W. Railroad St., Nesquehoning. They were married Dec. 27, 2005.

Millie S. Hernandez, 404 1/2 Mahoning St., Lehighton, filed against Jaime Hernandez, 4018 Fifth Ave., Brooklyn, N.Y. They were married July 9, 2007.

Larissa Lindermuth, 305 Oak St., Jim Thorpe, filed against Gordon Lindermuth III, 128 E. Ruddle St., Coaldale. They were married Aug. 20, 2005.

Mortgage foreclosures

The following actions were filed as mortgage foreclosures for alleged defaults on loans.

Bank of America, c/o 7105 Corporate Drive, Plano, Tex., filed against Elizabeth J. Hewitt and Kaela Cusanelli, both of 7 Hemlock Rd., Nesquehoning, over property at 421 E. Railroad St., Nesquehoning. Sought is $104,467.45 and continuing interest.

Bank of America filed against Kenneth A. Alvarado Jr., 47-04 111th St., Corona, N.Y., over property at 48 Delaware Drive, Jim Thorpe. Sought is $152,504.04 and continuing interest.

JP Morgan Chase Bank, c/o 3415 Vision Drive, Columbus, Ohio, filed against Thomas S. and Todd S. Richards, both of 112 Circle Drive, Lehighton, over property at that address. Sought is $109,460.44 and continuing interest.

U.S. Bank National Association, c/o 2780 Lake Vista Drive, Lewisville, Tex., filed against John J. and Victoria Sarno, Lot 196, Mountain Rd., Pocono Mountain Lake, Kidder Township, White Haven, over property at that address. Sought is $64,529.52 and continuing interest.

Credit defaults

The following actions were filed by credit card companies, or their collection agencies, for alleged defaults on credit card/loan accounts.

Remit Corporation, Bloomsburg, filed against Steve Kazantzidis, 95 Behrens Rd., Jim Thorpe, seeking $7,517.26.

LVNV Funding, Greenville, S.C., filed against Aileen Johnson, 670 Mauch Chunk Rd., Palmerton, seeking $2,561.41.

Midland Funding, West Chester, filed against Sharitta Odom, 119 Fairview St., Lehighton, seeking $11,641.25.

Accident suit

Sharon Isabella, 806 Patterson St., Willow Grove, Montgomery County, filed a civil action against Elizabeth Rabenold and Constance M. Sotak, both of 330 Cypress St., Lehighton.

The suit states on March 19, 2011, along First St., Lehighton, the plaintiff was operating a vehicle that was struck by a vehicle driven by Rabenold, and owned by Sotak. The suit states Rabenold was pulling from a parking space and struck the driver's side of Isabella's vehicle causing injuries to the plaintiff, which are detailed in the suit.

Negligence for the accident is alleged and sought are damages in excess of $50,000 plus costs, fees, and interest.
