Fall suit

Monica Matula, 229 W. Abbott St., Lansford, filed a civil action against Thomas and Betty Ferrence, 539 E. Center St., Nesquehoning.

The suit states on June 29, 2011, the plaintiff was a invited guest at 7-9 Ludlow St., Summit Hill, property that is owned by the defendants, when she was caused to slip, trip and stumble while descending a stairway located on the right side of the building. She sustained injuries detailed in the suit.

Carelessness and negligence is alleged against the defendants and sought are damages in excess of the arbitration amount.
