Joshua Hoffman, 30, of Tower City, is facing criminal trespass charges by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks as a result of an incident at 4 p.m. Dec. 27 in Hubley Township.

police said the victim in the incident is a 28-year-old woman from Hegins.Police said he appeared and remained in the side yard and front porch areas of the victim's residence at 2664 W. Main St., after being given notice by actual communication to stay off the property.
