A pageant, Little Miss and Mr. Summit and Junior Miss and Mr. Summit, will be held at Fall Fest, hosted by The Summit, on Saturday, Oct. 5 in the parking lot at The Summit, 211 North 12th St., Lehighton. Contestants may register from now until the deadline on Tuesday, Sept. 17.

Fall Fest will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine. The pageant will begin at 10 a.m. There is a registration fee per child.Two age categories: 0-4 years old criteria, Who's the cutest?; 5-10 years old criteria, Who has the best talent?Contestants will be asked to give a brief talent display. Attire is casual.Parents or guardians will be required to sign a release form granting permission for photos of the child to be published in the local newspaper and The Summit newsletter.The number of contestants is limited.
