A Kunkletown man was arrested after police found him to be under the influence of drugs.

According to the state police at Lehighton, on Aug. 3, at 7:42 p.m., a traffic stop of a 1995 Chevrolet pickup truck was made along SR209 near the Polk Township Fire Company, Polk Township, Monroe County.During the stop troopers learned that the driver, identified as Clark Lee Burger, 57, was operating the vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.He was taken into custody and charges will be filed.
