State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating a scattering rubbish case whereby someone dumped multiple bags of yard waste in the lot of the Cedar Shopping Center, Lower Macungie Township.

The incident happened between 10 p.m. Dec. 23 and 8 a.m. Dec. 24.
