Donald P. Troutman Jr., 44, of Minersville, will be cited for causing an accident at 8:17 p.m. Dec. 24 on Seltzer Road in Norweigan Township, according to state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks.

Police said he was driving a 2008 GMC Yukon that turned left from Seltzer Road into an alley and struck the driver's side of a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe operated by Raymond Green Jr., 74, of Hegins, who was stopped at the time. Police said Troutman fled the scene without providing necessary aid and information to the other driver and/or an occupant in that vehicle.
