State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a burglary that happened at 12:30 a.m. Dec. 24 in Weissport.

The victim is a 24-year-old female who lives on White Street.Police said four males, one of which was wearing a dark-colored hoodie, forced their way into the home. Once inside, at least one of the acturs punched the victim, knocking her to the floor. The intruders then stole a television set and fled the scene in a gray or silver-colored vehicle, possibly a Nissan Maxima.Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact police at (610) 377-4270.
