State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating incidents of criminal mischief in Upper Milford Township.

The incidents happened between 8 a.m. Dec. 14 and 2 a.m. Dec. 19. The victim is a 51-year-old Zionsville man.Police said unknown actor(s) are placing screws and nails in the victim's driveway and on the tires of the victim's vehicle in attempts to flatten the tires.
