State police at the Fogelsville barracks arrested Thomas Foulk, 37, of Lynn Township, on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:54 a.m. Dec.222 on State Route 22 eastbound.

Police said he was stopped at the intersection with Rt. 309 in South Whitehall Township for traffic violations, after which time police observed multiple indicators of impairment.
