Domalakes after a hearing and bail was set at $5,000 percentage cash with certain restrictions added. Huff must reside at 325 North Ninth Street, Reading and must not relocate without prior permission from court, must no possess nor consume alcohol beverages or illegal drugs, must retain employment, must attend all future court proceedings and pay $50 to the district attorney's office for cost of the bench warrant which was issued when he failed to pick a jury last April for his trial. He faces a charge of loitering and prowling in the area of North Second Street and Laurel Boulevard in Pottsville and faces charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernali when he lived in Saint Clair.
