Angel vigil held in Tuscarora

Firefighters and residents of Tuscarora held an angel vigil last night in memory of the 26 victims of last Friday's school shooting in Newtown Connecticut. This past weekend, members of the Tuscarora Fire Company placed a lighted Christmas tree outside their station. They added that angels started to appear in the tree. In addition to the tree outside, members of the company placed two lighted angel trees inside the firehouse. The angel vigil was organized by Joe Yesavage, fire company President and member since 1974; Gene Marko, Vice President and member since 1967; and Gloria Yesavage, member since 1966. Pictured is one of many angels placed on one of the two inside angel trees at the Tuscarora Fire Company.
