State police at the Frackville barracks said a 13-year-old boy from the Tamaqua Area Middle School will be cited for disorderly conduct after an incident at the school at about 8 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19.

Police said the seventh grade student made a gesture with his fingers in reference to a gun while pointing at fellow students.In addition to receiving the citation, police said the boy will be receiving a suspension from the school.
