Three persons are facing charges following what was reported to be a neighbors' dispute.

State police at Lehighton said troopers responded to the 900 block of W. Sunset Road, in East Penn Township, Carbon County, about 1:36 p.m. on Dec. 5 to a report of a dispute over a property line.On scene officers learned that David D. Hauser, 74, and Steven R. Warnkin, 44, both of Lehighton, got into a verbal argument over a property line. The argument turned physical.It was then reported that Michael L. Shupp, 44, also of Lehighton, got into a physical altercation with Warnkin. Troopers said all three men were cited for harassment.
