Dejuan Reginald Allen, 22, of New York, N.Y., is facing drug charges in Monroe County after Pocono Mountain Regional Police responded to an incident on Nov. 25 at 6:42 p.m.

Police said they stopped to assist Allen at the intersection of SR940 and Interstate 380 in Pocono Summit, Tobyhanna, after which time they observed marijuana inside the vehicle.A search of the car revealed a resealable plastic bag containing the marijuana.He was charged with possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
