Palmerton Area School Board on Tuesday unanimously approved the following extracurricular positions, pending contract negotiations, for the 2013-14 school year:

- David Lavin, head golf coach- Ryan Sharkazy, head boys' soccer coach- Jeff Minnich, head cross country coach, 1/2 salary pending negotiations- Kurt Eckhart, assistant cross country coach, 1/2 salary pending negotiations- Kim Seiler, head field hockey coach- Tammy Muniz, assistant field hockey coach- Tara Frantz, assistant field hockey coach- Chris Walkowiak, head football coach- Travis Fink, assistant football coach- Joe Spitale, assistant football coach- Justin Petersen, assistant football coach- Ryan McGrath, co-assistant football coach- Avery Weber, co-assistant football coach- Drew Cortright, volunteer football coach- Robert Eckhart, volunteer football coach- Mike Lusch, volunteer football coachThe board also approved the following extracurricular position, pending contract negotiations, for the 2012-13 school year:- Sean McCarroll, volunteer boys' basketball coach
