State police at Fogelsville are investigating an incident of animal cruelty.

Troopers said about 4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 23, they were called to an area off Quarry Road and in the vicinity of Lower Macungie Park, Lower Macungie Township, for suspected animal abuse.On scene troopers found 11 deceased juvenile dogs along the side of the road. The dogs had their fur removed and some were partially inside a plastic bag.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at (610) 395-1438
