One of two drivers involved in a crash about 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 21, in West Brunswick Township, Schuylkill County, was cited.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Matthew P. McTiernan, 25, of Frackville, was driving a 2011 Chevrolet Aveo northbound on SR443 while Matthew R. Mackintosh, 42, of Staten Island, N.Y., was driving a 1998 Mercury Sable southbound and approaching McTiernan.McTiernan made an abrupt attempt to turn left into a parking lot at the Harding Farm Market and pulled in the path of Mackintosh, troopers said. The Aveo then struck the Sable in the southbound lane.McTiernan, Mackintosh and his passenger, David W. Selsman, 43, of New Ringgold, were all not injured. Another passenger with Mackintosh, Rachel M. Mackintosh, 68, also of New Ringgold, was injured and taken to the Schuylkill Medical Center-S. Jackson St., Pottsville, by Orwigsburg ambulance.Troopers cited McTiernan for vehicle turning left.
