Rush Township police arrested Michael D. Hannock, 36, of Grier City, on Nov. 6 in connection with a violation of a protection from abuse (PFA) order.

Hannock allegedly went to the township home of his victim and proceeded to slash the tires on her vehicle. The incident took place at 2:44 p.m. Hannock was apprehended and arraigned before duty District Judge Carol Pankake, of Tremont, who released him on unsecured bail.Hannock also faces charges of criminal mischief.
