ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS Fourteen months after the start of PennDOT's Center Street bridge replacement project in Tamaqua, traffic will finally be allowed to drive on the newly constructed bridge starting some time this Thursday. This is seven months before the estimated final completion of the bridge project, which involves adding pedestrian railing, tearing down the temporary bridge and removing the temporary abutments.
