Antoine de Saint ExuperyShore Helpers need foster homes for small dogs from the New York area.For example, one household in Brooklyn has about 15 small dogs. The place was seriously hit by the hurricane. One friend is fostering three, another neighbor took one that was about to die ... they are all wet and cold. There is no electricity, no clean water, no gas and it is freezing inside.
