A West Hazleton man was cited by McAdoo police following an Oct. 28 incident.

Patrolman Steven Homanko made a vehicle stop at 12:18 a.m. After speaking with the occupants, Homanko observed signs of intoxication on one of the males, identified as Zachary Thereon Esbensen, 19, of 237 1/2 Broad St. Esbensen submitted to a portable breath test, which indicated a blood-alcohol content of .038 percent.He was cited for underage drinking.
