The Reynolds Plant of Atlas Power Company announced that it has scheduled a temporary shut-down of its high explosives section. This shut-down will commence with the close of business on Friday, Nov. 12, and extend for an indefinite period. The curtailment of high explosives production at the Reynolds Plant is the result of a severe decline in orders and affects about 100 people.
