Lehighton Area Lioness Lions Club held its community night by presenting donations to the local library, police and fire departments and a community organization. Presenting donations were various members of the club, front l-r, Kim Babcock, member, who presented funds to the library; Barbara Christopher, who presented a check to Lehighton Area Pool Pals; Lisa Whitehead, club president; and Sue Anthony, who presented a two checks, one for the Lehighton Police Department and the second to the Lehighton Fire Department. In the back l-r, accepting checks for the Lehighton Police Department and Lehighton Fire Department was was Neal Ebbert, Lehighton police chief; Joan Fontana, volunteer for Lehighton Pool Pals; and Becky Wanamaker, director of the Lehighton Area Memorial Library.
