The Hill will case in Summit Hill entered another stage in its long process of litigation in Carbon County Court. Judge Ethan A. Gearhart of Allentown handed down an opinion to try by a jury the question of whether or not the deceased Summit Hill physician did make and execute the instrument of May 29, 1943. Dr. Hill died July 9, 1943. His widow, Anna, produced a will on Aug. 14, 1935, naming her sole beneficiary. Then on Aug. 19, Margaret E. McConnell, a retired teacher and close friend, produced a later will in which she is principal beneficiary.
