A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following a traffic stop.

State police at Frackville said Bernard M. Skaudis, 55, of Brandonville, was stopped about 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 28, along SR924, near the village of Brandonville, in East Union Township.He was found to be under the influence and was transported to a Pottsville area hospital for a blood test. Troopers said charged will be filed.
