A Carbon County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 9:55 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 20, along SR534 at Jonas Road, in Polk Township, Monroe County.

State police at Lehighton said Joseph Green, 45, of Palmerton, is facing the charge after being involved in a rear-end type crash at the time and location stated.
