No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident just before 7 p.m. Friday night at the Tide Road and SR309 intersection in Hometown. The crash involved a tan 1998 Dodge caravan driven by Michael D. Hannock, 36, of Barnesville and Loretta D. Selby, 67, of Hometown, driving a red 1994 Dodge caravan. Responding were officers from Rush Township and Ryan Township Police Department, as well as the Hometown Fire Company. Hometown Fire Police volunteers detoured traffic around the scene while both vehicles were towed away. The investigating officer is Rush Township patrolman Ryan Rehatchek.
