A driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident in Carbon County.

State police at Lehighton said Walter Francis Trainor, 48, of Kunkletown, was cited about 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 16, at the state police barracks along SR209 in Towamensing Township.
