Mark and Samantha Leiby were surprised to see three goats in the yard of their South Tamaqua home yesterday. "I looked outside and saw three goats in my yard," said Samantha. Worried for their safety, they corralled them into their fenced-in yard. They called numerous animal organizations, but none could help.
