Blue Mountain Health System will sponsor an Open House/Health Fair on Wed., Oct. 17 from 10 a.m. to noon at its West End Physical Therapy facility on Route 209 in Kresgeville.

Be proactive about your health and take this opportunity to talk directly to local health professionals about health, prevention and resources that are available at BMHS. The event is free of charge and open to everyone. The mini health fair will include cholesterol and blood glucose screenings, body fat analyses, blood pressure, pulse oximetry/heart rates, door prizes and refreshments. No registration is required.
