Tamaqua police have filed charges against Susan Peletsky, 53, of 240 E. Broad St., Tamaqua, in connection with an Aug. 23 incident. Peletsky allegedly appeared in a public place in a highly intoxicated condition. She was deemed a danger to herself and others due to her actions at the time.

She was cited for public drunkenness.
