They were married Sept. 17, 2005.Election dataLast day to register to be eligible to vote in the General Election on Tuesday, Nov. 6, is Tuesday, Oct. 9; last day to apply for civilian absentee ballot is Tuesday, Oct. 30, and to date the election board has received requests for 943 applications; the last day to return voted civilian absentee ballots is Friday, Nov. 2 at 5 p.m., in the election bureau.Tax appealsPottsville Area School District was able to increase the assessment valuation in the boundaries of its district by $836,745 by having the market values increased by the Schuylkill County Assessments Appeals Board on 51 properties which the school district appealed as being below the market value.The biggest increase came on the property owned by 3221 Route 22 Branchburg LLC, a Delaware limited liability corporation, with an office at 1425 Mountain Drive, North Bethlehem, who owns a property on the north side of of Route 209 at the end of West Market Street in Pottsville. The assessment appeals board increased the market value from $333,000 to $1,770,566 and the market value from $151,500 to $885,285, an increase in assessment of $733,785.Revoke paroleChad Michael Evans, 35. Landingville, had his parole revoked by Judge Charles M. Miller and was remanded to the county prison to serve the balance of his sentence. He will receive no credit for time at liberty of 179 days and his maximum date for release was extended to March 22, 2013, however, he is eligible for re-parole after serving 30 days.He had pleaded guilty last February to driving under the influence (DUI) of drugs and after spending two days in prison was released on parole.Set bailBail for Nicole A. Neary, 21, of Ashland, was set at $10,000 unsecured bail by Judge James P. Goodman with special conditions. She must reside at 40 Oakland Avenue, Ashland, with her mother and shall not relocate from the residence without prior court approval, shall have a drug and alcohol evaluation within 30 days and successfully complete any recommended treatment and she shall not possess any drug or alcohol.Neary was arrested last August 29 charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, and harassment.Loses appealCarlos Juan Vega Sr., 44, Shenandoah, lost his appeal from a summary offense as Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin found him guilty of the charge of harassment of Katherine Mock, Shenandoah, last January and ordered he pay the fine and costs imposed by a district justice. He was fined $200 plus $127.50 costs.
