The Haunting at the Waldorf Hotel opens Saturday at new location

The Haunting at the Waldorf Hotel has found a new home to scare the daylights out of those brave enough to enter its eerie confines.

In collaboration with Country Junction, The Haunting at the Waldorf Hotel will emanate from out of the former Jack River Steakhouse restaurant along Interchange Road, State Route 209.But, that isn't all, as they've added Terror in the Corn Haunted Hayride and Trail, the scariest haunted hayride in northeastern Pa.There is free parking and admission to Mayhem Midway, where visitors will find food, games, face painters, caricature artists and much more.Angie Moyer, of Waldorf Entertainment, LLC, said those who are too scared to come out at night can stop at the Country Junction's Great Pumpkin Festival."Bring the kids, ride the rides, go on a daytime hayride and check out the Waldorf on a less intense level," Moyer said. "Each person decides how intense their experience will be, so it's fun for all ages."As of Saturday, The Haunting at the Waldorf Hotel is open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in October. For more details, visit
