The theft of a car dolly from a location in Schuylkill County is being investigated by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks.

The victim is James Dwayne Eichert, 39, of East Wiconisco Avenue, Tower City.He told police between 3 p.m. Sept. 18 and 8:30 a.m. Sept. 20 someone removed the unsecured car dolly from the driveway of the victim's neighbor and fled the scene undetected.
