A Lehigh County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following a incident that occurred about 10:12 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 20, along SR100, at Wendy Road, in Lowhill Township.

State police at Fogelsville said Thomas John Zubey, 51, of New Tripoli, was stopped for multiple traffic violations. He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest for DUI, troopers said. Charges are pending.
