Left to right, Jacob Bacher, 10, loves model trains and is a new member of the Carbon Model Railroad Club. He had a great time running the trains at the club's stand at the Palmerton Community Festival, along with members Dale Evans, center, and Phillip Bonser, right. Garry Mack, president, says the trains are HO scale and the club takes its traveling display all over to fairs, festivals and other events and has been doing it for the last 15 years. The stand is in the process of taking on the appearance of a real train caboose and he says it will be completed by next year.
