A male entered the Mahoning Township Wal-mart store on Sept. 8 and used a flat cart to to pick up grass seed, a garden hose, and other items in the Lawn and Garden section.

He then took the items to the service desk where he fraudulently returned them and received cash. He was observed in a video operating a Ford Crown Victoria which appears to be a used police vehicle.Anyone with information is asked to call township police at (570) 386-2241 or by email at
