State police at Lehighton reported investigating a two-vehicle crash about 8:55 a.m. on Sept. 12 at the intersection of Fireline Road and Craig Street, in Bowmanstown, Carbon County.

Troopers said Cory J. Hricik, 23, of Lehighton, was driving a 1993 Nissan 240XS westbound on Fireline Road while Trisha L. Depalma, 27, of Albrightsville, driving a 2007 Toyota Tacoma, was eastbound. Troopers said the Nissan collided into the driver's side rear area of the Toyota.No one was injured. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.Troopers cited Hricik for going too fast for conditions.
