Megan Zellner and Joe Pauker are wed

Megan Zellner and Joe Pauker, both of Lehighton, were united in marriage on June 16, 2012 at Allentown Brew Works in Allentown. The Rev. Marjorie Keiter officiated the double ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Kermit and Jean Andrew of Lehighton and Howard and Andrea Zellner of Palmerton. Her husband is the son of Janet Pauker of Lehighton.Given in marriage by her father, Howard Zellner, and her stepfather, Kermit Andrew, the bride chose Erika Doctor of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. as matron of honor.Bridesmaids included Ashley Kosciolek, New Jersey; the bride's sister Amber Zellner, Palmerton; and Rachel Holencik, Northampton, cousin of the bridegroom. Lindsie Henninger, Bethlehem, served as junior bridesmaid. Courtney Henninger, Bethlehem, and Alexandra Tretiak, Northampton, all cousins of the bridegroom, were flower girls.The bridegroom chose Brian Strohl, Tamaqua to serve as best man. Groomsmen included Dan Knappenberger, Lehighton; and Dylan Andrew, Lehighton, brother of the bride. Ushers were Brendan Strohl and Andrew Chew, both of Lehighton.Readers were Kara Beutel of Virginia and Andrew Chew.A reception followed the ceremony in the Hamilton Room at Allentown Brew Works.The new Mrs. Pauker is a 2003 graduate of Lehighton Area High School. She earned a bachelor of science degree in chemistry in 2007 from Cedar Crest College, where she also earned a master of science degree in forensic science in 2008.She is employed as a senior chemist at L'Oreal USA in Clark, N.J.Mr. Pauker is a 2007 graduate of Lehighton Area High School. He earned an associate degree in specialized technology from Triangle Tech in 2010. He is employed as a delivery associate at Lowe's.The newlyweds currently reside in Piscataway, N.J. and are planning a wedding trip to British Columbia, Canada for their first anniversary.
