State police at Lehighton reported on the following arrests made by troopers.

Troopers said Albert Samanns, 64, of Jim Thorpe, is facing an aggravated assault charge for an incident that occurred about 2:15 p.m. on Sept. 9 along Deer Trail, in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County.Troopers allege that Samanns struck a female from Jim Thorpe in the face causing stitches and an injury to her jaw.Troopers said Annette Feliciano, 46, of Kunkletown, is facing a charge of corruption of minors for an incident that occurred about 6:40 a.m. on Sept. 13 in Robinhood Lakes, Polk Township, Monroe County.Troopers allege that Feliciano encouraged two minors to fight each other. Once the fight ensued she did nothing to stop it, troopers added.Troopers said a 17-year-old male from Jim Thorpe is facing a charge of indecent exposure for allegedly sending photos of his genitals to a 14-year-old female from Jim Thorpe. The incident occurred in the area of Sweet Briar Lane, in Penn Forest Township, between the time frame of Aug. 1 to Sept. 9.
