For the third straight year, Martin Kane of Summit Hill is having "the time of his life" at the Miss America Pageant in Atlantic City, N.J. A senior at Panther Valley High School, Martin and his cousins, Ambrose O'Donnell Jr. and Richard O'Donnell are serving as aides and escorts for participants in the annual beauty extravaganza. Through his uncle, Ambrose O'Donnell Sr., formerly of Summit Hill who now lives in Linwood, N.J., Martin's official role is serving as assistant to Eve Plum, president of the pageant committee.
