A Slatington man will be charged with driving under the influence in Lowhill Township on Aug. 31.

Travis Frantz, 23, was driving on Kernsville Road at Route 100 at 10:54 p.m. when he was stopped by state police at Fogalsville for traffic violations. The trooper saw that he was intoxicated and arrested him.
