Gayle Marie Gersbach, 38, of 530 Diamond St., Slatington, is facing a charge of driving under the influence filed against her by Slatington police.

She was stopped at 10:18 p.m. Sept. 2 at the intersection of Center and Pine streets.The driver was also issued a summary citation for careless driving.
