A Barnesville woman is facing charges following an incident in Rush Township on Sept. 2.

Officers received a call at 6:46 p.m. concerning a possibly intoxicated person in a vehicle on Fairview Street.At the scene, they found Donna E. Shistel, 59, along with a three year old child.Shistel was transported to a Pottsville hospital for blood work.She will be charged with reckless endangerment, as well as driving under the influence based on blood test results.
