A Tamaqua man was cited following a vehicle stop in Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said Joseph Anthony Pellegrino, 45, was stopped about 11:49 p.m. on Aug. 22 along SR309 at Mountain Rd., in Lynn Township.Troopers said at the stop Pellegrino allegedly provided a false name, date of birth, and Social Security number. He was taken into custody and charged with false identification to law enforcement, troopers said.
