There was a great turnout for the August Touchdown Club meeting. Organizers are grateful for the parents who showed up and provided input on the spiritwear design and other fundraising ideas and also volunteered their time for upcoming events.

Important dates to remember: Aug. 17 team and individual photos will be taken between practices at approximately 11:15 a.m. Photo packets and information will be sent home with your child next week.Aug. 18 Scrimmage at home, 10 a.m.Aug. 23 Scrimmage at home, 7 p.m.Aug. 30 Touchdown Club meeting, 7 p.m., High School Commons, following the first team dinner, which begins at 6 p.m.Please note all Touchdown Club meetings during the season will immediately follow the team dinner on Thursday nights before the games. If you can volunteer your time to help serve the team at the dinner, that would be great. Dinner starts around 6 p.m. Volunteers should be there between 5:15-5:30 p.m. to help set up, but anytime members can come is appreciated.Food pantryThe Shepherd House Food Pantry at Ebenezer E.C.
